The location of the hotel is fantastic, a few steps and you are on the beach. Standard room with comfortable bed, bathroom with new and comfortable sanitary fittings, excellent shower box. During our stay we were also shown the newly renovated rooms (superior) which are really beautiful, modern and equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast, sweets, fresh fruit, juices and coffee, and savoury with cold meats, eggs and various delicacies in a cosy, fresh room. The hotel is run personally by the owner Giacomo, a very kind person!

My stay at the Hotel Giannini in Rimini was simply outstanding. The staff was courteous and professional from the moment I arrived, the room was perfect with a breathtaking view of the sea and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is great, right in front of the beach, and the leisure facilities, including the outdoor pool and wellness area, were fantastic. I highly recommend the Hotel Giannini for a high-quality experience in Rimini.

We stayed at this hotel in Rimini Miramare for 2 nights and had a FABULOUS time. The staff was very friendly, welcoming. The room they gave us was BEAUTIFUL, new, clean, renovated and modern. The room was really comfortable, you couldn’t even hear the noise from outside.
At breakfast there was a wide choice of sweet and savoury food. There was also fruit. We will definitely return.Cherry Pie H
